Below is a list of questions we get asked the most. If you have a question about anything and don't see the answer here email me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

• Q: Do I have to use Paypal?

• Answer: In a word. No. If you would rather pay by check or money order just email me and tell me which items you would like to purchase (by item number) and I will remove your item(s) from the store and you can send a check.

• Q: What about shipping?

• Answer: All items are packaged with a masonite “backer board” for protection and wrapped in plastic film to preserve an even humidity.

  Shipments to the US are generally shipped Priority Mail. If you need otherwise let me know. Shipping rates to US addresses are as follows:

  Up to $40.00 ------- $6.50
  $40.01 to $119.00 ---$10.50
  $119.01 to 299.99--- $15.00
  $300 to 399.99 ---- $20.00
  $400 and over FREE SHIPPING in US ($25 shipping credit for foreign buyers)
  

  International buyers will be billed for the difference from these rates to your actual shipping charges for Airmail Parcel Post. I will send you a Paypal invoice with the amount due for the additional shipping. If you have any questions email or call me before ordering.

  

• Q: Language translation for our international customers.

• Answer: For those of you who would like to read our website in your native language please take a look at the link above. It will allow you to translate our entire website into the language of your choice including german, french, dutch and spanish.

• Answer: I will guarantee you that you will be satisfied with your transaction. I will either replace a set if you are unsatisfied or refund your money if you would rather. • Answer: It is lightly moistened with mineral spirits, will completly evaoporate and will not add moisture to the wood.
