Below is a list of questions we get asked the most. If you have a question about anything and don't see the answer here email me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

• Q: Do I have to use Paypal?

• Answer: In a word: No. You can use your regular credit card even if you aren't registered with Paypal. You will check out thru Paypal but you won't be asked for any personal or financial information. If you would rather pay by check or money order just email me and tell me which items you would like to purchase (by item number) and I will remove your item(s) from the store and you can send a check.

• Q: What about shipping?

• Answer: All items are packaged with a masonite “backer board” for protection and wrapped in plastic film to preserve an even humidity.

  Shipments to the US are generally shipped Priority Mail. If you need otherwise let me know. Shipping rates to US addresses are as follows:

  Up to $69.00 ------- $9.00
  $69.01 to $129.00 ---$13.50
  $129.01 to 299.99--- $18.00
  $300 to 499.99 ---- $22.00
  $500 and over FREE SHIPPING in US ($25 shipping credit for foreign buyers)
  

  International buyers will be billed for the difference from these rates to your actual shipping charges for Priority Airmail. I will send you a Paypal invoice with the amount due for the additional shipping. If you have any questions email or call me before ordering.

• Q: What kind of guarantee can I expect?

• Answer: I guarantee you satisfaction with your transaction. If you are unsatisfied I'll replace your set with another or refund your money if you prefer. This is a small family business and there is no “passing the buck.” I am committed to providing you with superior products and service.

• Q: What does the wood appear to be moistened with?

• Answer: I lightly moisten the wood with mineral spirits to show the customer an accurate picture of what the wood will look like with finish applied. The mineral spirits evaporate completely will not add moisture to the wood.
